Beyond Loyalty Points is our FREE program that allows all our customers (after creation of an account) to earn points and redeem them to purchase products on our website!
Beyond Loyalty Points Program (the “Beyond Loyalty Points Program” or the “Program” and the rules set forth herein and in the Loyalty Points Terms and Conditions, the “Program Rules”) is our free rewards program that lets you earn Beyond Loyalty Points (“Points”) on all your product purchases at www.beyondbiscuits.ca and redeem points for rewards (“Beyond Loyalty Points”).
What is it?
Beyond Loyalty Points explained:
Loyalty Points are discounts that can be redeemed in exchange for the corresponding number of accrued Points from your Loyalty Points Account. Loyalty Points are transferable, have no cash value (unless required by law) and cannot be exchanged, sold or returned. Beyond Biscuits is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged rewards. Beyond Biscuits is not responsible for any taxes incurred by clients or guests. Beyond Loyalty Points may only be available for a limited time. Loyalty Points are subject to change, alteration, substitution, or termination by Beyond Biscuits in its sole discretion at any time. How it works?
Shop! You must open an account on beyondbiscuits.ca and place at least one order.
Before placing your order (before payment), you will be able to create an account based on the information provided.
For every dollar you spend on Beyond Biscuits products online at www.beyondbiscuits.ca, you automatically receive 1 Point when you check out with the email address that is registered to your account (“Beyond Biscuits Account”).
The Points will be applied to your Beyond Biscuits Account upon purchase confirmation. We also offer Points for the following events:

How to Redeem Points?
Convert Points into Coupons!
Go on your Account page and click on “Points”

$ 2.00 = 20 Points - Points needed to generate a coupon:
50 Points minimum
Once you accumulate enough points, you will have the option to choose the number of points you want to use to generate a coupon.

FAQs
Do I collect point with all products?
The value of "product" for purposes of collecting Points includes all products sold on beyondbiscuits.ca (only if you use your registered Beyond Biscuits Account email address for your order).
Customers will not earn Points if they make a payment using an e-gift card.
Will I earn Points when redeeming my Loyalty Points?
Can I transfer my points to a friend?
You will find a button in your account to transfert the points to the email address of your choice! (an account on beyondbiscuits.ca will be needed)
Can I pay my entire order with points?
If you have enough points, you will be able to apply your coupon for the tota amount of your order (shipping not included).
Are there any limitations to the number of Loyalty Points that I can redeem?
You can redeem all your points at any moment. In addition, due to inventory limitations, there may be promotions and redemptions options offered where you are not able to redeem more than a defined value of points.
Do points expire?
We encourage you to redeem your Points often, so that you get to experience the full benefits of "Beyond Loyalty Points Program" including product, gifts, and free standard shipping. Your points will expire after a period of 180days.
